Gloucester Fringe
Quedgeley West Business Park
A successful and high quality, modern logistics park
Quedgeley West Business Park comprises 12.95 ha (32 acres) of prime industrial and distribution land. It occupies an extremely prominent position and benefits from a readily available workforce within the immediate vicinity.
Quedgeley West Business Park lies 4 miles to the South West of Gloucester, adjacent to the A38 dual carriageway and within 0.25 miles of the M5 at Junction 12.
This location provides access to the South West and the Midlands via the M5, and to Wales via the M4 and M48 motorways. Junction 11a connects with the A417 leading to Cirencester, Swindon and the South East via the M4.
The South Western Bypass provides links from the A38 to Gloucester city centre.
Quadrant Distribution Centre (Gateway 12), Quedgeley
A modern, low density business park
Gateway 12 is a modern industrial park, extending to an area of about 8.09 hectares (20 acres).
It is situated on the southern side of the A38 Gloucester Road, between Quedgeley and Hardwicke, approximately 8.05 km (5 miles) south of Gloucester city centre.
The A38 can also be accessed directly to the north, via Davy Way, off the Waterwells roundabout. Junction 12 of the M5 Motorway is located less than one mile to the south, via the A38

Stroudwater Industrial Estate/Business Park

This 60.5 hectare (149.5 acre) site is close to J13 of the M5 and just off the A419 and the largest business park in the district. Stroudwater Business Park houses major employers including BorgWarner, ABB and Schlumberger.
Stonehouse Business Park

Stonehouse Park is a modern, well-established business location which has been developed with a range of high-quality office and manufacturing facilities. The 5 hectares (12.3 acre) business park is ideally located and situated close to the M5 and within a short distance from local amenities.
